密歇根虚拟 Course Purchase, Access, Drop, and Refund Terms and 条件

的se Terms and 条件 apply to all customers purchasing courses or content through 密歇根虚拟的 专业学习门户. All customers must acknowledge and accept these Terms and 条件 before 密歇根虚拟 能否通过下列途径提供所要求的产品/服务 密歇根虚拟. Submission of any enrollment order or shopping cart within 密歇根虚拟 is evidence of customer’s full understanding and agreement to the prices, refund/credit policies and terms associated with said products/services as contained herein.

客户进一步理解并承认: Customer(s) will not be granted access to the purchased course(s) by 密歇根虚拟 staff until either full payment by credit card or approval is granted by the PD coordinator and 密歇根虚拟的 社区协调员. 

Please note that some courses have additional approval processes based on previously taken training or membership. 的se requirements will be listed in the course description and customer(s) will be notified by email if their enrollment is pending approval. If the enrollment is not approved, a refund will be processed within 30 calendar days. 

Instructions will be sent to the customer’s email on file once course access is granted.

退票退款政策

密歇根虚拟 drop policy recognizes that changes may need to be made during the enrollment period providing customers with flexibility to get into the right course.

Drop requests must be submitted to 密歇根虚拟 via email to (电子邮件保护). 的 request should be submitted as soon as the need for a change is noticed. Only refund requests received within 24 hours of a user being provided access to the course will be granted. Please note that completed courses cannot be refunded.

信用卡退款将由 密歇根虚拟 within 30 calendar days from the date of the request. Drop requests made after a learner has had access to the course for more than 24 hours can be processed, 但不可退款的.

Schools, Education Service Providers, or business entities placing a 密歇根虚拟 order will be invoiced for each enrollment after the related drop and grade period(s) have passed. Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice. 未能及时支付 密歇根虚拟 may result in suspension of enrollment rights and/or removal of users from classes for whom payment has not been received.

We’re sorry to inform you that we have reached capacity for several of our Semester 1 and Trimester 1 courses. You’ll notice when attempting to enroll students in our beat365 Portal that some courses are unavailable. While we are no longer accepting new enrollments for these courses at this time, 许多课程继续开放招生.

We know this is an incredibly stressful time for all, and we’re sorry if the courses you’re looking for are unavailable.
